This Privacy Policy explains how LINEUP handles information when you use the LINEUP app or website. LINEUP is a football lineup graphic creator for coaches, academy staff, and club media teams.

Information you provide

Depending on how you use the app, you may enter team names, lineup names, formations, player names, kit numbers, positions, photos, notes, availability, captain or starter status, and other player details. You may also contact us by email for support.

How information is used

Information you add is used to create, save, customize, and export lineup graphics, provide support, maintain the app, and improve the product experience. We do not sell personal information.

Photos and player details

You are responsible for having permission to add player photos or personal details, especially when the information relates to minors. Only add information that you are authorized to use and share.

Purchases

If LINEUP offers paid features or subscriptions, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple may provide purchase status information needed to unlock paid features, but payment card details are handled by Apple and are not received by LINEUP.

Analytics and diagnostics

App versions may use privacy-respecting analytics or crash diagnostics to understand app performance, fix bugs, and improve reliability. Any third-party tools included in the app must be reflected accurately in App Store Connect privacy disclosures.

Data retention and deletion

Lineup data stored on your device can be removed by deleting it in the app or deleting the app from your device. If you contact support and want associated support emails deleted, email us at support@starting11.app.

Children's privacy

LINEUP is intended for coaches, club staff, and other authorized users. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate permission, contact us and we will review the request.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
